You can visit one of the above routes :

A.By bicycle, bus, taxi or boat:

1. Poros - Perlia - Neorio (3 Km. by car or by boat)
From there you can continue up to the "Russian Dockyard" and the "Love port" by feet, motorbike or car.

2. Poros - Askeli - Zoodochos Pigi Monastery (5 Km.)
By car or by boat.

3. Poros - The temple of Posidon - Vagionia - Brysoula - Poros
By car or motorbike you can make the circumambulation of Poros.

4. Poros - Alikes - Bourtzi island (3Km.)
By car from Galata or by boat from Poros.

5. Poros - Galatas - Lemon Tree Forest
In less than 10 minutes you will reach Plaka by boat and from there to the famous lemon Tree. You can go and by car from Galata.

6. Poros - Galatas - Magoula (5 Km.)
5Km from "Galatas" there is the Royal cemetery in "Magoula". You can go and by car from Galata.

7. Poros - Trizina - Devil Bridge (Diavologefiro) (10Km.)
Ten Kilometres from "Galatas" there is the beautiful village of "Trizina" where there are the ruins of Ancient Trizina as well as the Illikos river springs, in a green fall of plane trees forfe ("Diavologefiro"/Devil Bridge) where Theseus had founded the Nymphia Aphrodite sacred place.

Β. By car

1. Poros - Metochi (Hydra island)
Half an hour from Galata, following the coatal road, you reach Metochi, a beautiful beach opposite the Hydra island, where there is open space (parking). From Metochi you can reach Hydra island with scheduled departures, every one hour, with the boat "FREEDOM" N.Y. 1058 or you can call a sea taxi.

2. Poros - Methana - Vathi
From Galata, following the road towards Athens, you reach a crossway towards right which leads to Methana, after half an hour driving. If you want you can keer griving to reach the beautiful fish village of vathi with nice fish taverns and beach for swimming.

3. Poros - Ermioni - Kosta - Spetses island or Porto Cheli
From Galata, following the coastal road, after metochi, you reach Ermioni in about an hour. if you want you can keep driving and reach Kosta, opposite of Spetses island, in one and a half hour. On Kosta there is a big parking and you can crossover with boat or sea taxi to Spetses island. if you want you can reach Porto Cheli from Kosta, by driving, in 10 minutes.

Γ. By boat

Daily cruises are organized for the circumnavigation of Poros and for the close islands of Argosaronic sea Agistri island - Aegina island - Hydra island - Spetses island.

Δ. By boat or poulman

Daily excursions are organized by poulman for Mikines and Nafplio.

In July and August excursions are organized for the Epidavros Festival.

Ε. The Poros island is connected by ships with Aegina island, Methana, Hydra island, Spetses island, Porto Cheli and Ermioni.

The ideal location of Poros is offered for daily excursions to these areas and islands. You can leave at the morning at 09.00 by flying dolphin which come from Piraeus and pay a visit to one of the of Hydra - Spetses - Porto Cheli - Ermioni and come back with the night flying dolphin.

Also you can leave at 10.30 with ship, and visit Methana or Aegina island and come bach with the night schedule (from Aegina island you can visit by sea taxi the island of Agistri).
