Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out until 11:00, due to Covid-19 protocols.

BOOKING POLICY IN THE GUESTHOUSE

 

To make a reservation in one of the two Apartments or in the Studio of Villa "Panoramic View", you must prepay an amount in a bank account, after consultation with us.

 

The total price will be paid by deposit in a bank account, by arrangement with us or the day you will arrive with payment at the accommodation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE GUESTHOUSE

 

If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

 

If you cancel less than 15 days before the arrival date, then you will lose the amount you have prepaid.

 

In case you do not show up at the Guesthouse on the scheduled arrival date, then you will be charged with the total amount of the reservation.

 

In case you want to change the booking dates, then contact us to check availability.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GUESTHOUSE

 

There is no possibility of placing a baby cot and there are NO extra beds available, except for the ones provided, for our guests.

 

Our guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

 

During the check-in, guests must show their ID or a passport.

 

Our Apartments does not host bachelors, parties or other events.

 

Our Guesthouse is not allowed to host pets.

 

Our guests must observe the common quiet hours which are from 15:00 to 18:00,
as well as from 23:00 to 07:00.
